Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Conway, Arkansas and neighboring communities
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in HVAC Service (will consider training the right person if they meet our standards and criteria if under 2 year's of experience)

What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system issues and recommended solutions

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure high-quality service every time

• Follow safety procedures and uphold company standards of excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)

• EPA certification required (NATE certification a plus)

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
