2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website contact form. Our team will confirm the date and time, and provide a service window for arrival.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a service charge.

3. Service Call Fees

All diagnostic visits are subject to a standard service call fee, which covers the initial inspection and troubleshooting. Any repairs or parts required will be discussed with the customer prior to completion.

4. Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates are provided for all installations and major repairs.
All pricing is transparent and will be discussed before any work is performed.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Policy

We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Commercial accounts may apply for billing terms, subject to approval.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 1-year labor warranty on all repairs and service work.
Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer and model; we will provide documentation and assist in registering your system where applicable.
Improper usage or third-party tampering may void warranty coverage.
