  • Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a service charge.

All diagnostic visits are subject to a standard service call fee, which covers the initial inspection and troubleshooting. Any repairs or parts required will be discussed with the customer prior to completion.

4. Estimates & Pricing

  • All pricing is transparent and will be discussed before any work is performed.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Commercial accounts may apply for billing terms, subject to approval.
